We started this site with a few basic rules in mind.
- We are nurses, not computer geeks. Let's keep the site simple enough for people of all skill levels to be able to use it.
- Can we be honest with each other? The main reason you are on the site is to explore the employment opportunities. Hopefully there may be other interesting things to see while you are there, but we'll try not to let the clutter get so thick that you can't find the jobs!
- LISTEN to the customers. We are not always right, (well...). Yell at us. SCREAM at us. We promise to listen. (We don't promise to agree but we WILL listen). Our customers are you the Jobseekers and you the Employers.
